typos/ small fixes to figures

@ValentineHerr , I noticed a couple typos on the figures. You might wait to fix these until we hear if coauthors catch anything else:

• [x] on the climate interactions figure, Toona is mis-spelled Tona.
• [x] on the climate plot and the climate interactions figure, precipitation is mis-spelled
• [x] for the climate plot, if it's not difficult to code, it would be good to standardize the scale on the y-axes within each site.
• [x] on the SCBI comparison fig, delete sample sizes on panel f
• [x] for the plot used as an example in figure 1 (schematic), align x-axes
• [x] for the climate responses figure, maybe place a text box that said “no significant main effect” for the precip group at NIO, so there is not a blank space
• [x] in composite_plots, ∆AGB plots are missing the grey box for std of climate variables

@ValentineHerr , if you have a chance to do these minor fixes today (so sorry for short notice!), that would be helpful. I'm planning to send this around to coauthors before leaving for vacation next week.

@teixeirak, I pushed most changes. Will work on the last one but I don't think you need that before sending to co-authors.

(I have not standardize y-axis for the 3 pre_temp_groups_dbhinteractions[RESPONSE_TYPE] plots. I'll try to do it but for some reason it is not as easy as for others. But this plot should be fine)
