prepare repo to go public #118

@ValentineHerr , I'd like to change the name of this repo, unless that would create a headache with adjusting codes. Would it be a problem for you?

I don’t know if my local repo would automatically change name on my end when I pull... will be interesting to see.

I don’t think I will need to adjust codes. They are all using relative paths. The one thing that might cause issues is the fact that I have files that are on my local branch that I don’t push (in the .gitignore file). I’ll figure it out. You can go ahead.

I changed the name. Hopefully that doesn't cause any challenges on your end. I re-cloned the repo (but there may be an easier way), and realized its >5GB! Could you please reduce figure sizes on the next run?

Transition was very smooth. I'll work on reducing size of figure later . I created an issue #129 to not forget.
