missing BlueCats comments in appendix file #123

From email: "a few comments had been added into appendix file. In case you haven't noticed them, please let us know."

@spizik, unfortunately, I'm not seeing these comments in the Appendix file. I emailed about this previously, but also putting it here as a reminder to myself.

@spizik , if there are any changes needed to the SI file before the first submission, we need them by June 9. Thanks!
