create supplementary table(s) showing all model results? #126

Sabrina suggests this, but it's a lot to add to an already massive SI. Perhaps a good substitute for all the figures, though.

Also, for year trends, "Are the other metrics presented anywhere – in a supplement – perhaps include some figure of some sort with the other metrics – otherwise reviewers might ask the other metrics to be excluded (although if you had a “modeling section” specifically, you could say that the approach generalized to other growth metrics." I think it will suffice to point to open-access repo for full results.
