One reviewer noted a "weird formatting issue" in references on L678, 683 (Vrška et al., 2009; Šamonil & Vrška, 2008). I do not see it (on a Mac), but am opening this issue as a reminder to double check in proof stage.

Also, stay alert for potential missing dashes from references (#133).

This is okay in the proofs.
