add source type to allometries SI table #98

@ValentineHerr , could you please add source type to the SI allometries table? Please put after equation, and populate with "data" (species for which we calculate allometry from data) or "equation" (species for which we use existing equation).

Pseudotsuga menziesii appears twice, with 2 different allometries, one for California (3 montane sites), one for North America. Maybe we do need the bark site in the species table? (see #72)

hmm... wait, I am not sure why it appears twice actually. Will investigate..

oh yes it is because there is 2 different equation in the "bark" file. we only use the one in California. I'll just remove the other ones (in the script) if that is okay with you.
