Please provide a Supplementary Information guide. #146

"We ask that you provide a word file entitled “SI Guide”, containing a cover page with manuscript title and author information; a table of contents (preferably with page numbers); and then any SI text, notes, figures, and titles and legends for any separate SI files. Additional information can be found at https://www.nature.com/nature/for-authors/supp-info."

@camerondow35 , this looks a bit more involved. Whichever of us has time to do it first should do it. For now, I'm going to try to finish all the other things.

@camerondow35 , while you're at it, please deal with the 2nd comment in issue #147. This needs to be fixed in the metadata.
