pubish original tree core data

Please consider making the 'Original tree cores' data available in a publicly accessible repository, or explain to the editor why the data can only be made available from the authors on request.

I emailed the team. Justin and Grant are both out until 5/24. Neil is also traveling.

@camerondow35 , I have the original files but am realizing that the tree cores section of the repo is a bit of a mess. I'm trying to clean it up, but some of this will require your help. Here's a running list of tasks:

• [ ] I moved the folders for each site into a "chronologies" folder (and created a separate folder for "raw data"). You'll need to modify the path in your code.
• [ ] Three files appeared to be unnecessary: Sites_ENTlab_Cameron_Krista.xlsx (internal planning doc), TRW_coord.xlsx & TRW_coord2.xlsx (last modified at the same time, appeared to duplicate locations.csv. I moved these to the private repo: https://github.com/EcoClimLab/growth_phenology_private/tree/main/Data/tree%20rings. Confirm that this is okay, fix if needed.

I just pushed the .rwl files from Justin (most). We need Harvard FRAM from Grant, and we need to move SCBI files to the raw folder.

All the data are now public, but some organizational work remains (#152 ).
