Do you know if n.cores counts multiple cores from the same tree? So if there is a core1a and core1b, would n.cores = 2 or 1?
Good question. If it's labeled properly, it should could multiple cores from the same tree. If we were counting trees, it should be n.trees. At SCBI n.cores = n.trees (usually). At HF, most trees are cored more than once. This should be apparent in the original data files.
