add updated tables to .Rmd #100

@NidhiVinod , this is a reminder that we need to do this. Let me know when you're confident that they're final, and I'll do the screenshots.

@teixeirak, regarding your comment on traits and updating tables in the docx, i can move the thermal tolerance traits to the traits table. There is also phenology, do you think I should include that in the tables? perhaps as leaf budding? image

Yeah, it would be nice to include leaf phenology if you have the info easily available.

@teixeirak, I moved the thermal sensitivity traits from metabolism table to traits table. I was trying to add phenology but I am unsure of what to add it as. For eg. for bud-break being earlier in the understory than canopy, would this make sense? image image

I'm not sure what you mean with the up and down arrows there. For bud break, we'd use a day of the year, so decrease with H. (I don't think L is relevant here).

Not that I'm aware of. You already reviewed all the references suggested by the reviewers, correct?

@teixeirak, yes there is one--Domingues et al. i could add but there are so many tropical citations for some traits that there is little space. I could add it too

That's a review paper with many citations for some traits? Perhaps cite the review paper, rather than all the citations within it?

@teixeirak, yes actually added Domingues citation which is a tropical forest study

Okay, traits table is updated. I think we can close this, but please reopen in case you need to make any more changes.
