create track changes version #111

@NidhiVinod , to create this version, you'll use the submission-ready version and the word version of the last submission. Then go here in Word:

In the past I've used the compare documents tool, or maybe "combine documents". I don't remember seeing the "highlight changes" option-- that may be better. You might have to play around a bit to get what you want.
