add proper citation of NEON data

looking into NEON data recently, I realized that there's a certain way to cite it, and I don't think we're doing that. Let's make sure we include the proper citations.

NEON (thankfully) has some good guidance about how to use citations, so I think it depends on how we would like to show it. For example, their website shows an example of including the products in a simple table. Otherwise, we can cite the individual data products from their respective websites.

NEON has these as bibtex files. Would you like me to download these and add to the main .Rmd file? I don't want to put these in the Zotero bib file itself because if it's remade at all then those entries would be lost

Sounds good. The specific product sites with the citations at the bottom are:

• windspeed
• relative humidity
• PAR
• temp air
• temp bio

@teixeirak, I included all the citations into Zotero. Wondering where would be a good place to cite them all? Should we have a table in the SI with citation? cite in the main manuscript or in SI?
