transfer SI material to New Phyt template #81

@NidhiVinod , eventually we'll need to transfer the SI materials to the New Phyt template, but this is something we only want to do once, so should do it at the very end-- perhaps for the next submission, or perhaps after it's accepted.

Yeah, let's wait until it's officially accepted (for this and other "final" files). There's a good chance it won't go back out for review, so we may need this fairly soon, but not quite yet.

@NidhiVinod , is the SI file okay? (We're not currently using their template, but perhaps we don't need to?)

@teixeirak, yes, the SI file is complete. It's in the submission folder as pdf. Let me know if you spot anything that needs to be changed.

I don't think we need to use the template, the editor's comments said mainly to convert word to pdf.
