Semantically mark up front page content #9

The content of the front element of most texts currently consists of paragraphs only. In order to be able to distinguish author names, titles and other information and to properly format it in the full text view (see EcoCor/ecocor-frontend#7) appropriate semantic markup should be applied.

Here https://github.com/EcoCor/eco-de/commit/9559d30f14465bc06da43daacf631aec3215749a I re-encoded all <front>s similarly to the way they look in GerDraCor. I wouldn't call it semantic though. The actual semantic differentiation between these things is in teiHeader anyway, I think.

If I look at the plays @lehkost most recently added to GerDraCor (e.g. ebner-eschenbach-ohne-liebe.xml), there the <front> element content is pretty semantic and seems to reproduce what's actually on the front page or pages of the printed source. Your change in contrast seems to repeat meta data that, as you correctly noted, is already in the teiHeader. In my opinion, if we don't actually reproduce the front page contents of the printed source, and in that case use semantically fitting markup, we don't need the <front>...</front> at all and should probably remove it completely.
