Update Pontius' metrics to Pontius & Santacruz 2014 - IJRM #1

Allocation and quantity agreement are updated to quantity, shift and exchange components in: Pontius Jr, Robert Gilmore, and Alí Santacruz. "Quantity, exchange, and shift components of difference in a square contingency table." International Journal of Remote Sensing 35, no. 21 (2014): 7543-7554.

Looks good for now! Eventually, I would like to remove the dependency on diffeR to keep dependencies to a minumum. Still, good job! Thanks!
