Remove global variables from the main script and others #195

After fixing refactoring issues, the global variables in src/STEMMUS_SCOPE.m, src/biochemical.m, src/+equations/Soil_Inertia1.m, src/+equations/calc_rssrbs.m, src/ebal.m should be removed.
