sfactor is not used? #198

@SarahAlidoost It seems 'sfactor' is not used. see line 4 in biochemical. but also line 282, 284.

'stressfactor' is also not used. see line 185

It is originally in STEMMUS-SCOPE,, and sfactor is actually used.
