'h' should be soil matric potential, and not the 'heat_term'.

In several subroutines of module '+conductivity', the soil matric potential (originally 'h' in STEMMUS) is refactored as 'heat_term'. This can be changed to 'h_matricPotential', for example, in the following subroutines:
