Plotting #25

Some ideas in #23, but some other ideas in MicrobiomePlots.jl. I'd like to develop recipes for Makie.jl and Plots.jl

humann_barplot at least was added in #63, but still would like to have some other recipes. In particular:

Also want to add documentation for how to make eg PCoA using some other packages.

But I removed this from JOSS paper project, since I don't think it's totally required for initial submission
