2. I've been working on the Pluto notebook for the tutorial of both BiobakeryUtils & Microbiome.jl - https://github.com/EcoJulia/Microbiome.jl/pull/131

Some Questions:

• Do the slides need more/less details?
• Is it okay to use the files we have in the documentation, or should we download them from a different online source to show that process as well?

• Slides are looking good, I have some tweaks, which I'll comment on there.
• Yes, OK to use the example files from the tutorial, but I would not make copies of them to put into the presentation directory. Just use relative paths.

• Switched to the BiobakeryUtils.jl repo so I could access the files easily. Working from this PR -https://github.com/EcoJulia/BiobakeryUtils.jl/pull/101
