Angular 7 support #9

Angular 7 was released, so it would be nice to to have support for it.

The update should be simple, because only few breaking changes were introduced.

For easy upgrade have a look at: https://update.angular.io/

We will upgrade at some point in the future. But it could be a few weeks/months from now. Feel free to submit a PR if you are in a hurry.
