OK lets start fresh with this one first. I know the Tools class is still public in this version, but please temporarily accept, because in the following pull request it will be reverted to abstract as I completely refactor how updating is done.

Merged as https://github.com/Ecodev/newsletter/commit/6cb1fb86a4f41c00ac73f7bb8eeb81813bcab6a3 with a few modifications and additional unit tests.

Actually that would be https://github.com/Ecodev/newsletter/commit/671ca4e47377026ee4135ba8c1faf3f16ed170e1, so you get proper credit
