Describe general direction of powerplant development #81

Create higher level issues, milestones and projects to describe the general direction of powerplant development, these can then be split up to smaller issues that are easier to implement. Like it is said on README the focus of powerplant is to design a garden (#54) and track its progress, but for instance the practicalplants integration (#80) is more like a side project.

Maybe it would be good to have it as multiple Projects (Garden Design, Practicalplants Integration).

I opened two projects Analyze practicalplants data and Practicalplants integration.

The frontend project looked too abstract so I removed it, and on the other hand the label practicalplants integration looked too specific so I removed it as well.
