move organismal qualities to PATO or OBA #137

The following are under organismal quality. I recommend moving most of these to PATO or OBA, or both.

In some cases, the label is more generic than the definition, e.g. nocturnal. I recommend having the general quality in PATO (e.g. nocturnal - a characteristic of an activity/process that happens during the night) and having the organismal quality in OBA.

@richardostler The earthworm terms you requested have found a more proper home in the PATO ontology. Thus, I would like to deprecate the ECOCORE terms. Are you using these ECOCORE terms? Would it be possible for you to use the PATO terms instead?
