a simple merger function that

combines the provided columns and
allows to add metadata columns.

Functional, but missing

[x] append dataset ID to dataset specific Idenfitifers (measurementID, occurrenceID)
[x] parameter to add metadata table
[x] option to drop columns that are not present in all datasets

solved in v0.2.0. Metadata are added as datasetID, datasetName and author. extended Metadata are found in attributes license and attribution reference are listed at object preview.
