Collector admin config page error - duplicate status-state #18

Good day,

it's possible in Magento to assign same status to multiple states, however strange it seems. In this case, your collection Collector\Iframe\Model\ResourceModel\State\Collection fails on duplicate error when opening system config page.

Hello,

I have not been able to reproduce this behavior in Magento 2.2.6, It does not allow the creation of two statuses with the same code.
