Automatic name translation and function generation

In the future, it is quite likely that some naming conventions will change. Among the possibilities:

• states->endogenous
• controls->actions
• arbitrage->optimality (or equilibrium, ...)
• felicity->reward (...)

This issue is not meant to discuss the proper naming scheme, but to find a way to maintain backward compatibility or possibly optional naming equivalences.

Two main objects would be involved:

• CalibrationDict: use the blessed naming scheme internally (as calibration.grouped keys) but translate automatically when indexed with another
• functions which is now a dict would become a special dict-like object FonctionDict. It would provide name translation in the same way. It would be responsible for just in time compilation of required functions and for storing the various function versions (pure python, jitted, guvectorized, etc. )
