Fix remaining 63 dependency vulnerabilities. At the time of writing this PR description, there are 0 vulnerabilities in the project's dependencies.
Update codebuild to use Amazon Linux 2 and specify node runtime in buildspecs. Update nodejs version in codebuild to node 12
The following dependencies have been upgraded: jest 23.4.1 -> 25.1.0 ts-jest 23.0.1 -> 25.2.1 rollup-plugin-terser 4.0.4 -> 5.2.0
