Get mean AGB rather than sum for footprint #14

Following our conversation yesterday, I re-factored the function to just get mean Mg/ha for each footprint rather than the sum. I also added a R script to the top level that uses the two functions in R/ to extract data for all sites from all the AGB products.

Note this does not yet address #12---you can't yet supply a constant radius when an input dataframe doesn't have a radius column. I'll do that separately.

I did run this script and saved the output csv, but it is large, so rather than push to GitHub, I'll upload it to Box.
