@Aariq The sensor height that is significantly taller than any other tower on record is not a miscalculated value, it is just a VERY tall tower (US-PFa, part of the CHEESEHEAD project). So, in line 55 of extract_sites_from_raster.R, I think there's no need to filter out the site.
