Firefox displays message about 'haven't used firefox for awhile' #10

It wants to restart firefox after clearing data and settings. Bryan took a picture and have another pic to upload for the result of the message.

On my linux workstation firefox wants to autoupdate and messes up my plugins to watch video too...
