I believe this was fixed in re-writing the 'super' save issues related to form validation. Test to be sure

Describe the issue: When I edit a saved run/load, it appears that only some my inputs are saved (i.e., watersheds I selected but not my budget).

Testing indicates that this was indeed fixed since it was reported.
