update view model to be easier to navigate.

[x] create self.drawingCollections = ko.observeableArray()
[x] media/js/scenerios.jsadd collection attribute if [] included in display_name else set a false value
[x] add drawingCollection loop and accordion menu for collections
[x] if not in collection add each drawing at level with collection titles

[x] error scenarios.js:1239 : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'properties' of undefined
