drawing collections accordion added #83

Updates to drawings tab in left menu. updates have been tested locally without error.

Changes made:

drawings in left menu are grouped in a collection if uploaded via a scenario
scrolling in left menu is fixed
collections are indetified by attribute collection.name, if not in a collection then collection.name is false
drawing list and scenario collection groups are separated into template files
