Just focus on the enketo form (not worrying about the ODK collect method)

I have included basic instructions for how to load the survey on to mobile devices in three sections: iOS, Android, and "Other". Details are pretty light: almost all read something along the lines of "Open this site and add it to your home screen". The problem is, not only would these directions vary by platform after this, but even by browser. I'm not sure if this can be done in a reasonable way, or if it's better to leave people to Google how to accomplish this for themselves.

Also, I added an ODK Collect section because I still can't get offline Enketo surveys to upload once I've reconnected on Android, and I fear for the other platforms as well.

Testers actually stated that the attempts to add more details for adding survey to an iOS homescreen were MORE confusing than a simple statement to "add to homescreen".

This has been simplified and handed off to Alpha testers, along with additional documentation. I'm closing this until we hear that it needs to be better.
