Output files need to use "label" and not "name" of answers #35

The "name" column for multiple choice options no longer allows for spaces now that formhub has been updated. The "label" column in the human readable form. Currently both the XLS and PDF exports use the "name" field resulting in ugly looking answers for multiple-choice fields.
