Safari on Mac: FRP Form requires a date field. Date widget doesn't do anything on Safari for Mac - just a text input field.
Safari on iOS: AWC Nomination requires you to select multiple observations. The option selected does not stay selected, blocking attempts to download the PDF. This is not a huge deal, as the intended workflow is to do this on a desktop.
