Mobile sites: LANDING PAGE - same AK banner, big-assed button to "log in" underneath LOGIN PAGE - Same. DESKTOP - Same. SURVEY - Link to enketo

Basic flow done - will probably replace modals with actual page content based on different css Also needs to allow for different surveys

Modals will work for now. Removing it from this milestone.
