1 - Set default to WGS84 2 - Copy Help Text from FRP Data Submission Form 5.3 to tooltips 3 - Show both count and disp (1) always, show (2) if # entered for count (1) 4 - AWC: Move "Observation" to top 5 - FRP: Move Age/Method Q's below "Fish Collection Method Type" 6 - Make Q's for showing FRP & AWC forms
