We need to pull old data for Deschutes and Wisdom of the Elders off of Formhub.org immediately.

Is this better on Ninkasi? Dionysus? A new VM? Maybe just put it on a local VM for the time being to be sure that we get it off before the site goes down.

Worked with the lead developer to get the VM updated and usable. Still need him to outline any method for exporting data from formhub.org in a way that can be imported into another instance of Formhub.
