min and max temp parameters #13

integrate min and max temperature data sets into bioregion analysis (both controlled by single input parameter)

There are two temperature delta datasets: min_temp and temp_range

In order to combine to single parameter, we just add the grids and divide by 2 (taking the average) to get our temp_slope dataset.
