asynchronous processing for analysis #20

not yet sure whether matt or scott will be implementing the asynchronous analysis for the project as a whole, but we will need to have in place eventually for both the bioregion analysis and the reports.

creating two tickets for this (one for bioregion analysis and another for reports)

i'm guessing 4-8 hours...? (taking into account some bioregion functions for hooking with the async app, some time for installing celery, testing, etc)

This is going to take some work because of the deployment issues with running celery for multiple projects on the same server. Adding another day.

Too disruptive to UI workflow and deployment to add at this point in the game.
