attendee accounts #34

accounts need to be generated for all attendees so that they will not need to go through the process of registering with the site

could outsource the task of creating this list. (first name, last name, username, password, email) maybe there's a spreadsheet already? will want a fixture of the results. assuming the spreadsheet will be prepared for us, still imagine this taking a half day.

Another related idea was to pre-create a bioregion(s) that represent the delegate's home region and then allow them to adjust it. Maybe pre-create them in another account and share with them?

the email addresses (along with an indication of whether they are confirmed to attend or not) can be found here: P:\Cleaned_Yearly\The Big Idea\bioregional_players_081211.xls

might also ask whether the resource experts should have an account/login as well...

added email_list.csv to bmm/../data added bmm/users_import.py script to load those users into auth_users and associate them with the Community Members group usernames are CamelCase, no space, no hyphens
