I have no idea what this means - if their screens are small it'll be easy to change the initial zoom [ 2 hours ] or add a "zoom to extent" command on load [ 4 hours ] or just add a zoom to extent button [ 6 hours ]

Cannot zoom out any further. Why not? I can't find max zoom in map.js
