Website copy edits outside of flatblocks

I think these are all text updates that occur outside of flatblocks. I'm happy to fix them if you can show me where to do so.

• [x] Make the big button on the main page read "Click here to Proceed to..." http://aquatic-priorities.apps.ecotrust.org/
• [x] Remove the text & link to the previous version of the tool
• [x] Log-in notification currently reads "You currently not logged in to Regional..." Should read "You are currently not logged in to the Regional..."
• [x] change "shapes" to "priorities" http://aquatic-priorities.apps.ecotrust.org/accounts/signup/
• [ ] When creating a scenario, under the "Step 3 Constraints" tab, Dan would like the order to be Watershed Condition, Vulnerability to Climate Change, Vulnerability to Invasion. (if this takes more than 10 minutes of your time please skip it).
• [x] First sentence of the Surrogate Species graph page should read "Conserving landscape-scale habitats on a species-by-species basis would require substantial resources." http://aquatic-priorities.apps.ecotrust.org/media/surrogate/graph/index.html
