should mention madrona is a trademark of ecotrust

should consider mentioning terms of use, how the name madrona can be used, etc

Let's add a very small font-size text line to the bottom of the footer. Gray color to blend in compared to lines above. Should state

Madrona is a registered trademark of Ecotrust. 'Code licensed under BSD [http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php]. Documentation licensed under CC BY 3.0 [http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/]. Additional Credits [/credits.html]

A long sentence actually might not look good in the footer. Look around at more comprehensive changes to make room. How about we:

get 'a project of' up next to the ecotrust logo.
simplify the inquiry sentence to 'For inquiries, please contact us at +1 503.467.0786 or madrona@ecotrust.org'
add two small size links spaced below the inquiry message for 'Terms of Use' and 'Credits'
add a terms of use page with stubs for Trademark, Code and Content
