Disable next while drawing #552

Experimenting with disabling the Next button while drawing/editing shapes. An alternative could be to remove the Next button altogether during drawing/editing. Just throwing this out there as an option...

Setting the button class to disabled is a nice visual cue. It still doesn't prevent them from clicking on it as the click handler is still bound to #button_next.

But maybe a visual cue is sufficient. And there might be cases where you would need to jump back and forth between geometry and attribute steps while the geometry was still being edited?
