Enabling username/name search enabled by user during registration or editing profile User creates sharing group from button in Share Modal Another modal is used for creating the Sharing group • Option #1 • User enters username and receives verification of validity • Option #2 • User searches for usernames with typeahead response • Option #3 • User views list of usernames and selects from that list • User provides name of Sharing Group and list of participants • Only originator can edit participant list or terminate sharing group • All participants can share designs with that group User returns to original sharing modal with new sharing group present and selected User should be able to opt out of a group if they want (seeing as how they are not able to delete shapes that have been shared) • Might have a Sharing section under the username drop down • Could be used to manage sharing (create, opt out, etc)

Wondering whether there is a need for Sharing Groups, or whether there should just be the ability for users to share URLs in which designs could be visible by anyone with access to the URL

Questions to ask might be... Will users want to create copies of shared shapes? Are users concerned about whether their shapes will be viewed by (or copied by) others? What is the purpose of users sharing designs with other users?
