configure name, description, logo #10

push name and/or logo into settings include the destination link (src) for the name/logo

might include a project icon (favicon)

project name, logo, favicon, home page link are all configured.

also added settings for Table Of Contents, center point, default zoom, and min/max zoom levels as well as bitly (short url)
