full page map design #22

similar to google maps with bottom nav starting at all continent level options each of which will have country or region level options not sure what happens to the nav at this point (once we're at Peru, or MARCO, or South Florida, etc)

for now as a demonstrate - lets just think about this at the country level and more geared towards international efforts - data is 100% global in coverage - once at the country level - maybe we book mark thematic bookmarks and or multi-sector conflicts?
